fan wei, male, born in june, 1991, a native of yancheng city, jiangsu province, a cpc member, a lecturer of the school of juris master in china university of political science and law (cupl). he got his phd in law (specifically, administrative procedure law) from wuhan university in june 2019, and was engaged in post-doctoral research in cupl from june 2019 to july 2021.
